With over 33 years of dedicated Texas experience, the CMI team thoroughly understands the intricacies of the Houston real estate market in a way that few others do. This familiarity offers real estate investors an edge both from a leasing and an asset management perspective.

CMI’s professional brokers have the experience necessary to help owners navigate the endless leasing options available in the country’s fourth most populous city. In the last decade alone, CMI has brokered leasing deals in excess of $150 million in addition to overseeing the disposition of over 2,000 commercial acres of raw land in Houston and the surrounding area.

Central Management, Inc. is a full-service real estate firm providing clients with expertise in property management, development, brokerage, leasing, facility management, consulting and construction coordination. The firm was awarded the prestigious AMO® accreditation in 1984, signifying CMI’s observed commitment to financial responsibility, reliability, integrity and professional competence. Currently, on a nation-wide basis, only 515 real estate management firms meet the stringent requirements necessary to qualify for this accreditation.

CMI’s management team is composed of professionals who have an average tenure of 20 years with CMI. These professionals have achieved various forms of industry recognition: CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® designation, ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® certification, CERTIFIED COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT MEMBER (CCIM), and CERTIFIED APARTMENT PORTFOLIO SUPERVISOR (CAPS).

As an organization, CMI knows that relying on yesterday’s success is not enough for today’s investor. That’s why CMI is progressive in its alignment with today’s environmentally conscious development standards. CMI currently holds the designation of LEED Green Associate, US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) recognition that CMI has knowledge of green design, construction and operations. CMI continues to build management excellence and social responsibility by pursuing USGBC’s LEED AP rating for Operations and Maintenance to help owners take advantage of cost-efficient and energy-saving strategies.
