Broker / Property Manager

Gary Triplett has over 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate field.  Mr. Triplett started his career in 1984 as a Leasing Manager for an industrial property developer in Houston.  He soon developed into a Property Manager and Retail Leasing Manager.  In 2003, he became the Director of Retail Leasing for a Houston area REIT that averaged 290 leases and renewals per year.  Recently, he was a Principal Broker at a Houston real estate brokerage firm.

At CMI Brokerage, Mr. Triplett is responsable for leasing commercial property throughout the Houston Area.  Recently, Mr. Triplett has taken on some property management duties for Central Management, Inc. and now, in addition to his broker role, he manages a retail center and an industrial building.
