Trent Vacek is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager and has been involved in real estate since 2002.  He joined the staff at CMI Brokerage in 2005. Previous to joining CMI Brokerage, Mr. Vacek worked for a private developer as a Property Manager over seeing 150,000 square feet of retail shopping centers. Prior to becoming involved in property management of retail shopping centers, Mr. Vacek worked for a multifamily property management company overseeing 20,000 apartment units.

Currently, Mr. Vacek is an Associate Broker here at CMI Brokerage.  He is responsible for the leasing of office, industrial and retail space throughout the Houston area.
