Will Hrachovy has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Since joining CMI Brokerage in 1987, Mr. Hrachovy has primarily been responsible for the sale of raw land and investment properties. As Marketing Manager, he also ensures that owners receive adequate exposure among private and institutional investors seeking opportunities in the Houston market.

During his tenure at CMI Brokerage, Mr. Hrachovy has been the driving force behind more than $150 million in raw land sales in the greater Houston area. These sales were made to a variety of investors including single family and retail developers. He has also represented private and institutional investors from around the globe who were seeking various types of investment properties including office, industrial, retail centers and apartment complexes. Mr. Hrachovy has successfully brokered deals in excess of $100 million on behalf of these investors.
