CMI has been conducting facility management since 1988 for a variety of recognized facilities including Kellogg, US Oncology, United Way, Walgreen’s, Baytown ISD and the Center for Hearing and Speech.

Construction Management

CMI recently managed more than $30 million in construction of multi-family developments in the Houston area. 

We work as a liaison to manage the construction project for the owner, working with the designers, engineers, architects and the builder or general contractor.  We work for you to collaborate the parties and manage the process from planning to design and through project construction.
