During the past 10 years, CMI Brokerage has been involved in land transactions totaling more than $375 million dollars. Land tracks sold, ranged anywhere from 20,000 square feet to over 100 acres. Land uses for the subject tracks involved retail centers, industrial buildings, office buildings, convenience stores, storage facilities and residential subdivisions. The majority of the land sales occurred in Houston and west to Brookshire.
